Brief Summary

Typical 'toons don't have handling characteristics that anyone would want to write home about. But Harris FloteBote decided to do something about that, and created their XTR package. XTR stands for Extreme Turning Radius, and includes a third, center tube. We wanted to see if the handling and turning was really all that it was cracked up to be with this combination, so we put her through a full test.
