A glance at the offshore data buoys showed seas well over 5’ with a close fetch running against a fair tide. Not a time to show a boat’s best to be sure. To our surprise, however, when we showed up, Frank, Regal’s test captain was singling up the lines in preparation for our departure. Does Regal intend for me to report on rattling deck joints and a pounding hull?
