Just when you think you’ve seen it all, along comes a new model that breaks the mold and makes you say “why didn’t I think of that?” And it’s even worse for a builder when someone else comes out with these new cool ideas. Well for now, World Cat is that “other builder” that will be watched closely, and more than likely copied, just as they have copied some of the best ideas around from other builders. It is the nature of the business.
