Brief Summary

The new Regal 38 is an updated version of the old 3760 Commodore which we tested several years ago with twin gas 8.1L engines. For 2011, Regal has created a private forward cabin, tweaked the interior and other details on the boat and is installing optional twin Volvo Penta 260-hp diesel engines. Diesels make the 38 more appealing to boaters all over the world and this builder has always been internationally-oriented.
