Great ride and low operating costs

My new S248 replaced my 2021 C238. The S248 offers everything I wanted on my C238, i.e. more storage, better features and latest Yamaha engine design with DES. Overall, a great looking boat with excellent performance while offering low operating costs. My wife and our dogs really enjoy the layout of the seating areas as well. Looking forward to upgrading someday to our next Pursuit with twin engines.

Excellent S248

A Pitbull with Good Looks

Originally thought to name my new S 248 “Pitbull” after taking delivery of it on a 3 hour trip down the Inter-Coastal. The boat handles just about anything, including slop and tsunami wakes. It is a perfect displacement. It gets up and planes nicely and stays there too. Also, I don’t buy much anything that does not turn heads or pleases with the details close up. My wife did not buy into Pitbull; so we named it Magic. It excites us every time we see it and go out.
