Grand Touring Outboard Yacht

Galeon Yachts’ first outboard-powered model, the 32’9” (9.99 m) 325 GTO was powered by twin 350-hp Mercury Verado outboards that pushed her to 43.5 mph at 6200 rpm. We recorded best cruise at 5500 rpm and 36 mph, where she had a range of 185 statute miles. In acceleration tests, she popped on plane in less than 5 seconds and hit 20 mph in 8.4 seconds. When we put her through our battery of maneuverability tests, Captain Steve described the 325 GTO as “fun” and said she tracked through turns “like she’s on rails.” More...
