Eastern Boats Coastal 30:

Affordable Downeast Cruiser

eastern-coastal30-120720.png

Eastern has been building Downeast-style boats in New Hampshire for 40 years and the Coastal 30 is a departure for the company. Instead of the traditional rounded lobster-style bottom found on other Eastern models, the Coastal 30 has a conventional V with four strakes and hard chines. Twin 250-hp outboards open up storage in the cockpit and allow more versatility in the overall design. She’s a coastal cruiser that sleeps four and has a head with a separate shower stall, rare in a boat of this size. Aft cruising canvas makes her a three-season vessel.

Mustang Survival Waterproof Gear Bags

mustang-survival.png

We’ve all brought gear on board a boat and stowed a bag in what we thought was a waterproof compartment only to retrieve it later and the bag and its contents are soaked. If it stays in there long enough, mildew and mold can become an issue. Mustang Survival, the company best known for its lifejackets, also has a full line of waterproof gear bags ranging from 10 to 60 liters. They’re made out of rugged waterproof material and designed with redundant features to keep water from getting in.

Day Boat w/ Cruising Potential

cruisers-42-gls-120720.png

Cruisers Yachts’ latest – and largest – crossover offers owners the best of both worlds: day boating venues for entertaining friends and family, plus comfortable accommodations for cruising. It’s like having your cake and eating it too. The coupe design is open to the sides and rear, which gives the yacht the feel of an open express, but when there’s a chill in the air, she can be buttoned up. The galley is up with a clever bar arrangement and there’s a large lounge for cocktails and dining both forward and aft.

Intrepid Powerboats 475 Panacea:

Ahead of the CC Crossover Curve

intrepid-475-120720.png

When Intrepid Powerboats first introduced this 475 CC crossover in 2013, she was one of just a few center consoles on the market in the 40'-range. But just as important was her expanded below deck space and amenities. She had a galley and full head below, along with a cozy spot to get out of the rain. Since all Intrepids are semi-custom boats, each one is different. Take a look at the last 475 we’ve tested.
