The new Latitude seat base slides fore and aft with the touch of a button.

Attwood Marine has introduced the new Garelick Latitude Series pedestal seat base for a variety of applications. It’s a modular platform that the manufacturer says is more durable and requires less force to move the seat fore and aft or swivel side-to-side.

Noteworthy Features

The Pro Base has one of the largest diameters to provide a solid foundation with less wobble. It’s made from cast anodized aluminum to withstand saltwater corrosion. It also has familiar bolt patterns for securing to a boat’s deck and the wiring harness is accessible for quick connectivity.

The seat height adjusts electrically but the levers on the side still control forward and aft slide and swiveling.

Attwood offers the Latitude in 20 different configurations with consistent styling and assembly components so they can integrate with current interiors. It can be installed through the deck with adjustable height or fixed. The height adjustment is made electrically.

The new seat base is designed to integrate cleanly into a variety of applications.

The Latitude series ranges from 3.75” to 7.75” (9.53 cm to 19.69 cm), 12.5” to 16.5” (31.75 cm to 41.91 cm), 15” to 19” (38.1 cm to 48.26 cm) and 19” to 23” (48.26 cm to 58.42 cm).
