Biggest Superyachts Under Construction - Project Icecap
by Milly Robinson
The industry has celebrated several high-profile launches and deliveries, including the world's first fuel-cell superyacht and Dragonfly, the highly anticipated, 142.1-meter Lürssen. But in the world of superyacht construction, there's always something to look forward to.
Project Icecap | 107m
First sighted at Lürssen’s Peene-Werft naval yard in 2022, Project Icecap is set to be a highly capable explorer yacht. The 107-meter vessel, with its axe-style bow and forward superstructure, will safely handle rough seas and offers ample cargo-carrying capacity on the open aft deck. Delivery to her owner is set for early 2025. Key features of Project Icecap include an ice-classed hull, a beach club, an elevator, a swimming pool and a helipad.
