SHARROW CUSTOMER TESTIMONIAL – Captain Will Sanchelli from Under Pressure Guide Service in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina

“I first heard about Sharrow props through YouTube. I watched a BoatTest video a few years back and thought they looked really interesting.

I had been working for other fishing charters for about 5 years, and I was ready to make the jump and start my own business. I was looking for a larger style enter console that I can make long runs to the Gulfstream and be somewhat economical.

I came across this boat down in Florida, and the big pull for me was the fact that it had Sharrow props."

“We went down to sea trial the boat, and the performance numbers were just absolutely incredible. I knew that this was the boat I wanted to have.

Being a charter guide, my biggest expense throughout the year is fuel. So, if there is a way I can reduce the fuel burn and bill at the end of the year, then that is a no-brainer for me.

There have been a few other things that surprised me as well. At trolling speed, pulling lures or high speed trolling, these props throw considerably less amount of white water. This makes a huge improvement in the fish's ability to see the lures I’m pulling. These props are also very silent compared to the 4-blade props.

Another thing is that when turning sharply, these props do not cavitate at all. The past boats I’ve run would all cavitate at a certain point when doing a hard turn. These props do not, and they grab the water very well.

As I said before, the biggest performance improvement for me is the fuel burn. For a charter company, any bit of fuel savings can make a huge impact. It’s definitely worth it. The props just make a big improvement of the overall boating experience.”
