Denison Yachting and OneWater Yacht Group Combine Forces

Denison Yachting and OneWater Yacht Group have announced a major merger that will unite their operations under the Denison Yachting brand. This powerful new entity will be led by the same management team and will operate a vast network of 23 offices across the U.S. and Europe, making it the world's largest yacht group based on offices and listings.

Uniting Industry Strengths

This deal significantly expands the Denison Yachting portfolio to include prestigious brands such as Absolute Yachts, HCB, Riviera, Prestige, and Belize Yachts. The merger also makes the new firm the world's largest dealer of Sunseeker yachts.

With more than 800 active yacht listings and a team of 180 yacht brokers, the combined company will continue to offer a comprehensive range of services, including new yacht sales, brokerage, charter, management, crew placement, and after-sales support. As a publicly traded company, the new group promises to maintain its focus on transparency, innovation and client trust.

A New Chapter for Yachting

According to Bob Denison, president of Denison Yachting, "This is an exciting new chapter for Denison Yachting and our clients." He adds that by joining with OneWater Yacht Group, "we’re bringing together two of the strongest teams in the industry." The merger will lead to more options for clients, "the best marketing and technology, and a full-service approach that makes yacht ownership simpler and more enjoyable.”

Bryan Braley, president of OneWater Yacht Group, echoes this sentiment, stating that the merger will create "the most comprehensive and customer-focused yachting company in the world" by combining "Denison’s unmatched expertise in brokerage and charter with their industry leading marketing" with OneWater's strengths in "new yacht sales and service."
