Updated Line Features Increased Beam-to-Length Ratio and Reconfigured Layouts, with SilverCat 47 Family Series as First Model to Incorporate New Design Direction.

Gulf Craft has unveiled the second generation of SilverCat power catamarans, featuring revised design language and reconfigured onboard layouts.

The updated generation incorporates a larger beam-to-length ratio, increasing interior and exterior social space. Outdoor entertainment areas have been repositioned to bring owners and guests closer to the water and to encourage a lifestyle centered around shared experiences.

Interior specifications include updated materials and finishes selected for tactile quality, visual appearance, and maintenance characteristics. Open-plan layouts are combined with panoramic glazing to increase natural light and support indoor-outdoor integration.

The SilverCat 47’s 4.92m beam enables what Gulf Craft claims is one of the largest aft entertainment areas in class.

The SilverCat 47 Family Series is the first model to incorporate the second-generation design, developed by the SilverCat in-house team.

With the SilverCat 47, our ambition was to redefine the modern power catamaran by bringing together contemporary yacht styling, intelligent space planning and premium craftsmanship,” says Cristiana Cassese, product marketing specialist for SilverCat. “Every line, feature and material has been carefully developed to create a distinctive SilverCat identity that delivers exceptional comfort, effortless entertaining and a true luxury experience for owners.”

The SilverCat 47 features a 4.92m beam. Gulf Craft states the model offers one of the largest aft entertainment areas in its class. Optional fold-down balconies extend the cockpit area, while an integrated automatic swim ladder provides water access.

Owners can tailor the cockpit to suit their lifestyle with a choice of flexible seating configurations, while an extended hardtop provides generous shade. Forward, a spacious entertainment lounge accommodates up to eight guests, creating another inviting shaded social area for relaxing at anchor or enjoying panoramic views while underway.

Inside, a wide-opening patio door seamlessly connects the cockpit and salon, enhancing the indoor-outdoor lifestyle that defines the new generation. Bright, open living spaces, configurable galley options, and well-appointed accommodation combine practicality with comfort, creating an inviting environment for owners and guests.

The SilverCat 47 also features a twin-seat social helm with twin companion seats, bright en-suite accommodation with excellent natural light and ventilation and a tropical HVAC package engineered for reliable year-round operation in warmer climates.

The SilverCat 47 also reflects the company’s commitment to sustainable manufacturing, using rPET (recycled PET) foam core materials produced from 100% recycled plastic. Compared with conventional SAN foam, the material contributes to significantly lower CO₂ emissions during production while maintaining the strength and durability expected of a premium power catamaran.
