Honda Engines on Road, Track and Water

Honda’s 75, 90 and 100-hp engines are marinized 1.5 L blocks used for years in Honda’s Fit automobile.  As such, millions of collective hours have been put on this engine, proving its durability.  Honda’s racing engine is a six-cylinder 3.6 engine block, which is also used in many of its automobiles.  While Honda’s 200/225/250 platform is not the same block, its 3.6 L outboard engines share many of the same parts.  Together, Honda Marine’s engines share more in common with racing and automobile engines than any other outboard on the market.
