Horizon Yachts Launches 24m V77 Cockpit Motor Yacht

Taiwanese yacht builder Horizon Yachts has announced the launch of the 23.47-metre V77 cockpit motor yacht. The yacht has been designed with versatility in mind, encompassing fishing and leisure pursuits.

The new V77 is outfitted with an array of fishing equipment, such as rod holders, electric reel outlets, and live bait wells. The cockpit further supports fishing activities with a hydraulic fold-down transom optimised for angling enthusiasts. A wet bar with stools here provides a spot to celebrate successful catches.

The yacht’s main deck showcases an open-plan design, with a spacious saloon area flowing into the galley and a further seating area for dining. The layout allows for indoor entertainment and dining opportunities. Meanwhile, the sundeck offers alfresco dining options and additional lounging areas, complete with shaded awnings for protection against the elements.

Accommodation is for up to eight guests across four cabins, including a full-beam master located amidships. Further forward, guest accommodation is configured in a double cabin with two twins, one of which is a bunk cabin. The interior design features a sophisticated neutral colour palette, enhanced by soft furnishings, wood finishes and stone accents.

Performance-wise, the V77 cockpit motor yacht is powered by a pair of Caterpillar C-18A engines. The upgraded Garmin electronics and zero-speed stabilisers ensure a smoother ride.

The launch of the V77 follows the builder’s expansion into North America. Horizon Yachts recently announced the establishment of a new West Coast office in Seattle, Washington, further solidifying its presence in the US market.
