Absolute Navetta 73

Max Interior Volume and Long Legs

Absolute’s Navetta 73 was one of the first boats equipped with Volvo Penta’s 1,000-hp IPS1350 pod propulsion systems. We hit a top speed of 23 knots and best cruise came at 1000 rpm and 8.7 knots where she had a range of 918.8 nautical miles. She’s built with Kevlar and carbon fiber to maintain strength and keep weight down. In the image above all of the glass can be seen, which makes this a floating penthouse with spectacular views. Linssen Yachts Grand Sturdy 45.0 AC

Elegant Coastal Cruiser For Sale or Rent

The Linssen Yachts Grand Sturdy 45.0 AC is a steel-hulled cruiser designed for coastal work, rivers and canals. The Dutch company is family-owned and as such, they put great stock in building a superior yacht and giving excellent customer service. The 45 is an ideal boat for doing the great loop, as well as displacement-speed cruising most anywhere.

Linssen also runs a charter service for its owners all over Europe, which we think is a wonderful idea. Linssen owners who want to earn extra income when they’re not using their boat enter it into Linssen’s charter service. These boats are located all over Europe on appropriate lakes, rivers, canals and coastal locations. We recommend this as an excellent way to discover if a Linssen is right for a prospective owner. Sailfish 220 CC

Stepped Hull Design and Hi-Tech Materials

When it comes to 22’ (6.71 m) center consoles, the Sailfish has a couple of elements below the waterline that set her apart. First, is her variable-deadrise bottom design, which Sailfish calls a “stepped” design – but it is different from the kind of stepped hull we are used to that sucks air under the bottom. It starts with a 24-degree deadrise between the keel and first step, which is 23-degrees, the second step is 22-degrees +/-, and then comes the reverse chine.  She’s also one of the few 22’ center consoles built with strips of carbon fiber reinforcement in the deck beams and Kevlar in the stern quarters to hold the hull rigid. Triton 21 TrX

Built To Be Indestructible

Triton’s 21 TrX is a bass boat built will all-composite construction. The manufacturer says she will remain upright and achieve level flotation if the boat is swamped. Her Tri-Core composite construction uses a high-tech polyurethane core materials that won’t rot, bonds chemically with fiberglass and is unaffected by climate change. Triton also lays up its boats with “unibody” construction in which the stringers are molded outside the boat and then chemically bonded to the hull. This is followed by filling open cavities with foam and then the deck is bonded in place. More...
