Mythos AI Hits World-First 11,000 Miles in Full Autonomous Navigation

Mythos AI’s autonomous vessel “Archie” recently navigated 803 miles within the notoriously busy Houston–Galveston Ship Channel entirely in autonomous mode, maintaining an average speed just under 21 knots while executing 1,290 fully autonomous, COLREGs-compliant interactions. A New Standard

Mythos AI has deployed and validated its AI-powered autonomous system, logging over 11,000 miles in full autonomy. The company's AI-powered system executed over 15,000 safe, COLREGs-compliant interactions, proving that autonomous vessels can navigate safely in complex, real-world waterways at speed and at scale.

APAS is already operating in busy maritime corridors like the Mississippi River with U.S. Coast Guard approval.
