Stunning Euro-Styled Lux Crossover

The F//Line 33 is the first in a new line of luxury sportboats from Fairline Yachts. At 32’9” (9.9 m) long, she blends style, performance and crossover functionality in a boat that’s sure to draw admiring glances from seasoned captains and neophytes alike. The new models can be used as a family dayboat or as a tender because she embodies modern design. Below, there is a cozy dining banquette and a mid-cabin berth, making her a possible weekender.

Schaefer Yachts 580:

Engineered Light for Peak Performance

Schaefer Yachts’ designer says that weight must be overcome with power, so the manufacturer builds the 580 with PVC foam cores for hulls, decks and superstructures. Additionally, the laminate is resin-infused to control the glass-to-resin ratio. As tested, she weighed 59,757 lbs. (27,105 kg) and with twin 625-hp Volvo Penta IPS 800s, she ran 30 knots in modest conditions.

New Launch Video

New Axopar 22 Spyder

Finnish builder Axopar has a new, smaller model targeted at watersports enthusiasts, the 22 Spyder. Axopar partnered with Jobe Sports, a Dutch maker of water toys on a number of equipment packages for the new model that is powered by a single outboard. All versions of the new model are based on a twin-stepped bottom.

BENETEAU Gran Turismo 36:

Designed for Room, Efficiency and Ride

When BENETEAU designed the Gran Turismo 36, the manufacturer carried the beam far forward to create more interior space in the bow cabin. But the bottom retains a narrow entry to better cut through waves. She’s also available with sterndrive or outboard power and the aft quarter of the hull mold is changed to accommodate the engine choice.
