75% MARKET SHARE One of the industry's biggest online listing owners is facing a US federal antitrust lawsuit. The plaintiffs allege that by controlling roughly 75% of the global market, Boats Group (owner of YachtWorld, etc.) uses restrictive contracts and serial acquisitions to stifle competition, leading to higher costs for brokers and reduced choice for consumers. This affects everyone buying or selling a boat.

D. three shapes; the highest and lowest shall be black balls and the middle shall be a black diamond
The rule defining the day signal for a vessel restricted in its ability to maneuver is found in Rule 27(b) of the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea (COLREGS).
However, the specific day signal for a vessel "engaged in underwater operations, when restricted in her ability to maneuver, which is making fast to or picking up a submarine cable or pipe" is defined in Rule 27(d).
Rule 27(d) states that such a vessel must exhibit three shapes in a vertical line:
Highest and lowest: A black ball. (This part of option A is incorrect)
Middle: A black diamond. (This part of option A is correct for a vessel restricted in ability to maneuver).
