Yamaha WaveRunner Accessories
Enhance the Riding Experience
Yamaha has introduced new accessories for its WaveRunner series of personal watercraft. Aft-facing rod holders secure tackle during the run to a fishing spot and a compression-molded 13.2-gallon (50-liter) storage bag secures in place on the stern. Monte Carlo Yachts 105
Customize w/Monocoque Construction
Monte Carlo Yachts partnered with the design firm of Nuvolari-Lenard to create the signature lines of the 105 Pilothouse Motoryacht. She has two noteworthy attributes normally reserved for larger yachts, an owner’s stateroom forward on the main deck and a separate pilothouse. This allows for more flexibility and customization, which Monte Carlo takes to the next level because the company builds its yachts with an aerospace monocoque construction process. Most important, MCY’s building process enables manufacturing large motoryachts faster than nearly any other yard, an important consideration for owners in a rush. More...

Galeon 425 HTS
Easy Handling Express Yacht
For an owner thinking of moving up into a 44’ (13.41 m) express yacht, the Galeon 425 HTS’s handling will most likely put this yacht on the finalist’s list. Capt. Steve called her an “easy-handling boat to drive.” He set the ZipWake interceptors on auto, so the trim and running attitude were taken care of. At a cruising speed, she made comfortable arcing turns and around the docks, the joystick was properly dialed in. More...

Sailfish 241 CC
A Tale of Two Models
Sailfish makes two center consoles that measure 26’ (7.9 m) long overall with a single outboard. The 242 CC has a 9’ (2.73 m) beam, while the 241 CC has an 8’6” (2.59 m) beam. Technically, the 242 would require a permit to tow it in some states (but this is rarely, if ever, enforced), while the 241 would not. The wider boat is also 600 lbs. (272.16 kg) heavier, so if an owner can live with the slightly narrower 241 CC, he/she will spend less for the same deep freeboard, quality and fish-ability for which Sailfish is known. More...

Nitro Z19
Built for Rugged Work
Tournament bass anglers are not known for babying their boats. Nitro’s Z19 is built to take rough play with a 100% composite deck coring that the company says provides better thermal stability and strength-to-weight ratio. The stringers and liner system are gel coated and the hull is foam-filled for optimum buoyancy. The all-composite transom spans the boat’s width and is fully encapsulated. Finally, the hull and deck are chemically bonded and mechanically fastened with stainless-steel hardware every 2” (5.08 cm). More...
