Operation Dry Water Targets Drunk Boaters

Operation Dry Water is a national cooperative initiative coordinated by federal, state and local law enforcement to stop driving under the influence on land and water. Alcohol is the leading contributor to recreational boating fatalities. All captains should leave the alcohol in the cooler until they're back at the dock.
