Sharrow Prop Sales Go National with Up to 1,000 Certified Dealers

Sharrow Marine announced yesterday (MAR. 11, 2025) that it is establishing a Nationwide Sharrow Marine Dealer Network. Sharrow will be certifying up to 1,000 boat, engine and propeller dealers across the U.S. in order to allow consumers to have easy access to its props, and to allow qualified dealers to take part in the success of these revolutionary props. 

Boat and outboard engine dealers can now put Sharrow props on the boats in their showrooms on all outboard engines from 40-hp to 600-hp.  By displaying these props, and having them available for testing, and in showrooms customers can experience a fully optimized setup. By being able to supply new boat customers with Sharrow props as optional equipment at the time of sale, the consumer need not be bothered by the hassle of aftermarket sales.

With the cost of the Sharrow props on the dealer’s invoice, new boat buyers can bundle the price of the props with the rest of the boat when getting a boat loan.

Sharrow Certified Dealers Get Preference

The Nationwide Sharrow Marine Dealer Network underscores the company's commitment to enhancing the customer experience while expanding access to its remarkable propeller technology.  It is well documented that these props deliver superior fuel efficiency, smoother operation, much-better handling and a dramatic reduction in noise compared to legacy prop designs. 

Dealers will be extensively trained and supported by the Sharrow Marine team, equipping them to educate boaters on the benefits of up-grading to Sharrow Propellers. Dealers will also be able to offer these efficient props to past customers who want better performance from their aging boats.

Certified dealers will be able to offer boats equipped with Sharrow Propellers, allowing customers to evaluate performance firsthand before purchasing directly in-store. Dealers will receive marketing materials, sales training, and technical support to ensure seamless product integration. The program also allows for inventory flexibility, enabling dealers to transfer stock between locations as needed.

Because Sharrow’s aluminum props will not be available until this summer, and its dual props for Mercury’s Bravo III and Yamaha’s DuoProp lower units won’t be ready until early next year, certified dealers will have the best chance of supplying their customers first. 

Mercury 600 and Suzuki 300/350 Dual Props

While production for the popular Mercury and Suzuki dual props won’t be in production for nearly a year, we’re told by reliable sources that a few props will be made available for the Mercury 600s this summer for beta testing. There is no word yet as to when the dual props will be ready for the Suzuki engines.
