Marex 440 Gourmet Cruiser
Brief Summary
Marex 440 Gourmet Cruiser
The Marex 440 is a new kind of cruiser, blending a striking design with practical, innovative features. Its design identity is clear from the outside, with a dynamic exterior, elongated side portholes, and large windows that create a sense of space. The vessel's focus on comfort, safety, and ergonomics is evident throughout its thoughtful design, aiming to provide a more intuitive boating experience.
On board, the Marex 440 features a versatile cockpit centered around a large U-shaped sofa that can comfortably seat 8 to 10 guests. This space is highly adaptable, allowing the table to be lowered to create a large sunpad or an extra sleeping berth. For additional flexibility, an extra sofa or a multifunctional BBQ area with a grill, refrigerator, and icemaker can be added. The boat's canopy solution is designed for speed, allowing you to enclose the cockpit in under a minute, making it easy to adjust to changing weather conditions.
A Chef's Dream and Effortless Cruising
The Marex 440 Gourmet Cruiser lives up to its name with a kitchen layout that any chef would appreciate. Marex has created an enormous U-shaped kitchen—the largest in its class—featuring an oven/microwave, double sink, induction cooker, and a dishwasher. A unique opening in the countertop provides storage for up to 43 drinks. The boat is equipped with a solar panel that generates enough power to keep the 220-liter refrigerator and 100-liter freezer running without relying on shore power. This level of self-sufficiency provides greater freedom on the water.
Navigating and docking the 440 is designed to be straightforward. The helm features either a triple 12-inch or double 16-inch screen setup, allowing the captain to easily monitor engines, navigation, and even the anchor with a dedicated camera. This camera-assisted anchoring system makes it possible for the captain to handle the task alone, eliminating the need for an extra crew member.
