Numarine 30XP (2025-)

2 x MAN D2676 LE 438 560bhp (412Kw) @ 2100 rpm Medium Duty IMO TII

Brief Summary

PRESS RELEASE

Numarine has launched the second hull of its 30XP model, which features a diesel-electric hybrid propulsion system. This new superyacht, like her sister ship Minella, is one of the quietest yachts in her class, offering owners and guests an unparalleled level of peace and comfort. With a classic all-white paint scheme and a minimalist interior design, this new 30XP is a perfect example of Numarine's commitment to luxury, performance, and sustainability.

Designed by Can Yalman, the 30XP takes its place within Numarine's seven-strong fleet, which spans 22 to 47 meters. The raised pilothouse layout was chosen for its highly efficient use of volume, while a substantial internal volume of 213 gross tons provides a flexible layout to meet a wide range of owner requirements. The design places a strong emphasis on forging a seamless connection with the sea, with ample deck space and full-height windows that bathe the interior in natural light.

Key Features:

  • Diesel-Electric Hybrid Propulsion: The 30XP is the second hull of its kind to feature a diesel-electric hybrid propulsion system. This setup significantly improves onboard comfort by reducing noise and vibration, especially at lower speeds.
  • Exceptional Range: The 30XP has an estimated range of 3,500 nautical miles at an economical speed of 8 knots.
  • Class-Leading Quietness: Numarine's collaboration with Silent Line has resulted in a yacht that is one of the quietest in her class. Sound levels in the guest cabins remain below 40dBA, while the master stateroom is even quieter at just 38.1dBA.
  • Fold-Down Platforms: The beach club at the stern features fold-down bulwarks that expand the area to 46 square meters, creating additional space for watersports and swimming.
  • Side-Loading Tender Bay: A side-loading tender bay to port can house a diesel tender of 5.65 meters, leaving the stern free for a large beach club.

A Home on the Sea

On the main deck, sliding doors open the main saloon to the outdoors, ensuring a smooth transition between interior and exterior spaces. The master cabin occupies the prime forward position on the main deck, maximizing both privacy and panoramic views. Guest accommodation is located on the lower deck, comprising four large en-suite cabins, all with large windows that flood the rooms with light and offer seascape views.

"Even when cruising at 7 knots, sound levels in the guest cabins remain below 40dBA. In the master stateroom, it's quieter still—just 38.1dBA—quieter than a soft rainfall," said a spokesperson for Numarine. "This class-leading noise reduction is thanks to Numarine’s collaboration with Silent Line."

A crew of four plus the captain ensures excellent service standards. Completing the exterior spaces is the expansive flybridge, which rivals that of larger yachts in both size and features, and the side decks lead forward to a sunpad area.
