Offshore Yachts 65 CE (2024-)
Brief Summary
The Offshore 65 CE can be built to the buyer’s specifications to a greater degree than we see with many other builders. For example, this 65-footer has a 19'6" (5.94 m) beam, which we often find on 90' (27.43 m) vessels. Customized details include headed decks in the heads, four staterooms for a large family, and even a special cabin for the owner's dog "Timber."

Offshore Yachts 65 CE — All-Around Confidence
You know the feeling. It comes the minute you step aboard. You may give a first glance around, noting the hardware and fittings; the smooth, glossy, and expert finish to the hull and superstructure; the extra-large windows flooding the interior with natural, ambient light; and the fine detail of the fit and finish to the woodwork and décor, but in the end, it is that first impression you go with. It is the one that translates to, “If they took care of this, then the big stuff really must be special.”
That sense of confidence, built into every Offshore Yacht, is as palpable as the solid feel of her decks under-foot as you discover what makes this, the semi-custom 65 CE, so special. She is the newest cruising yacht to join the model line-up from a builder whose prime directive is to ensure that every aspect of her, from bow to stern, and top to bottom, exceeds the adage, as good as it gets.
Reaching back into its deep history, beginning during WWII, and constantly evolving with the times and technology, along with enhancements and high-tech materials development, Offshore Yacht has made sure the 65 CE is the recipient of all the accumulated knowledge and expertise it has to offer.
Beginning with a fastidious attention to its molds, making sure they are as detailed and ready for the desired outcome as possible, the deep-V designed bow and its 19’6” amidships beam, all tapering to a 12 deadrise at the transom, allows the resultant hull to be able to get up on plane when needed. Equipped with a long shallow keel and low center of gravity, along with considerable displacement, including tankage and water along with all its equipment, furniture, 20-kW Northern Lights generator and twin MAN i6 – 850 diesel engines, and the like, all results in the kind of stable ride, while underway in various sea conditions, Offshore Yachts are known for.
Outstanding construction techniques are also a hallmark for this builder. Adhering to ABS standards, all window openings are permanently laminated into the cabin sides, this to prevent any chance of leaks. Solid hand-lamination is used below the waterline providing maximum strength while above, vacuum bagging and Core-Cell guarantees full resin saturation while combining stiffness and impact strength. Four, substantial full-length stingers, combine with multiple athwartships frames, with all laminated and bonded to the hull, further strengthen the structure. Other procedures include main deck and cabin module laminated to the hull while the boat deck, pilothouse roof, and fly bridge unit is laminated to the main deck and cabin. The result is an extremely strong, rigid and water-tight, single structure.
While superior construction methods surround the 65 CE with confidence in the build, so does her semi-custom interior and exterior amenities complement her abilities at providing comfortable and elegant surroundings while traveling. To that end, all three staterooms offer ensuite heads with the full-beam owner’s having two. The free-standing salon furniture allows for optimizing the spacious salon and the fully-found galley allows for serving anything from a snack to an elegant dinner. And between utilizing the main deck pilothouse and the fly bridge stations, the weather situation is taken out of the equation. All this and so much more is yours to enjoy aboard the new Offshore Yacht 65 CE.
Horizon-chasing, long range cruising is not for everyone but if it is in your wheelhouse, and your terminal wanderlust has you in tow, a good bet is to get in touch with Offshore Yacht and get aboard the 65 CE. You will get a great return on your time and efforts, as well as your confidence, in making the right decision.
