Brief Summary

PRESS RELEASE

Finland’s Saxdor Yachts used boot Düsseldorf 2026 for the world premiere of its new flagship, the 460 GTC. The yacht stands out as the brand’s largest and most advanced model to date.

The 460 GTC is a full-beam wheelhouse outboard yacht that can be fully enclosed or opened entirely. When closed, it offers a calm, bright interior with expansive views stretching from the helm to the dinette.

Erna Rusi, CEO of Saxdor since 2021, explained that the company built around 700 boats in 2025 and plans to maintain similar production levels in 2026, focusing on larger models. The current range spans from the 200 series to the flagship 460.

She stated: “Saxdor grew 65% in 2025 as I said it would, and I expect we will grow another 35% in 2026.” The 65% growth saw revenues rise from €109m to €180m, and for 2026, she projects revenues to reach €240m, with EBITDA remaining at 10% or higher.

Saxdor continues to expand its production capacity, with an additional 10,000m² of facilities set to open this year in Finland and Poland. The Finnish plant focuses on building the largest models, while the Polish facility handles the smaller ones.

The new flagship was designed collaboratively by Saxdor’s in-house team alongside One Design, Alpha, and M&D. Featuring a twin-step deep-V hull, the 460 GTC delivers clean water cuts, rapid acceleration, smooth steering, and efficient cruising speeds, reaching up to 50kt.

The yacht’s layout includes a forward cabin paired with a twin mid-cabin, complemented by a bathroom with a separate shower. An optional aft cabin transforms the layout into a three-cabin configuration.

The wheelhouse transitions seamlessly from enclosed to open. Glass panels slide away, the roof retracts, and terraces fold down, creating a continuous main deck that connects the interior to the surrounding environment. Saxdor’s fold-down terraces maximise the main deck’s width, while the open wheelhouse enhances the connection to the sea.

Priced competitively at €499,000 (excluding VAT, taxes, freight, and handling fees), the 460 GTC is equipped with three Mercury 300hp V8 engines.
