The Ilmor 380-hp MV8 6.0L engine is a naturally aspirated V8 that is marinized by Ilmor technicians and based upon a lightweight General Motors block. The engine uses variable valve timing for optimized low-end torque and high-rpm horsepower. The MV8 6.0L is matched to a One Drive® sterndrive and the setup can be augmented with Ilmor’s One Touch® joystick maneuvering system and also uses the company’s MERLIN Digital Dashboard touchscreen engine-management display.
