Marine Web Services Uses BoatTEST Content

BoatTEST.com links its content to
more marine service suppliers, classified websites, and general marine websites
than any other single marine news source. BoatTEST’s most recent partner is Marine
Web Services. Marine Web Services (MWS), a marine dealer web site solutions provider,
has partnered with BoatTEST.com to display video reviews specific to their new showroom
inventory directly on their web sites. BoatTEST.com will make available to MWS dealers
about 1,000 boat reviews from its ever-expanding video library. Now BoatTEST.com
content is available on five of the world’s largest classified websites to aid in
their research of boats consumers are considering for purchase.

Servers
If you’ve ever wondered what “cyberspace” really looks like, this is it. Thousands
of servers linked to a cable backbone linking rooms like this all over the world,
then to cable, phone lines or satellite to your computer.

“Marine Web Services is excited to offer its dealers yet another tool to drive sales,”
said Peg Kiedinger, general manager for Marine Web Services. “The BoatTEST.com videos
are professional and insightful and provide consumers a quick and easy way to get
the details needed to make informed buying decisions.”

BoatTEST.com’s videos are designed to provide the user with more information about
the boat from a third party point of view, including video footage of the boat's
interior and action shots, all while listening to a professional marine expert explain
the boat's features.

"Partnering with Marine Web Services to support the dealer base was a natural evolution
for us. Dealers tell us that our 'content is the best sales tool they have,' and
to partner with MWS to provide a more complete web site package helps everyone,"
said Christopher Hughes, chief operating officer at BoatTEST.com.

MWS Dealer Websites

Consumers visiting an MWS dealer site that features BoatTEST.com videos will be
able to search by brand, model year and keyword. In addition, consumers will be
able to access a library of videos specific to categories and brands offered by
the dealer, the company reported. As new videos become available, they will be automatically
added to the dealer’s library. While watching a boat review, consumers are able
to click a button to request a quote, or view any related videos, MWS explained.

BoatTEST Videos Improve Results

The reason that classified websites are using BoatTEST video tests is because data
tracked by a third-party research firm commissioned by BoatTrader.com found that
listings with BoatTEST videos were opened 91% more often than those without them,
they generated 35% more click-thrus to dealers’ inventories, and produced 19% more
ultimate sales leads. It stands to reason that when a consumer is looking at a boat
on a classified website he wants more information about the boat from an unbiased
third-party.

Other BoatTEST Classified Partners

BoatTEST.com videos and reviews can also be found in the classified listings on
both BoatTrader.com, YachtTrader.com, BoatShop24.com (the largest classified marine
listing service based in Europe), Boatsplus.com (the largest classified site in
Australia) and on Boatsandoutboards.com in the UK. Limited content can be found
on Boatcrazy.com and Boatquest.com.

General Boating Websites

BoatTEST content can also be found on dozens of general websites, including FloridaSportfishing.com,
Reelboating.com, Firstboat.com, ybw.com and many others. BoatTEST videos, tests,
and reviews also appear in boating magazines on their websites all over the world,
including OceanTV.com in Russia, Boatattitude.com in France, yachtmagizin.com in
Hungary, and marinebizTV.com in India.

Boat Dealer Websites

BoatTEST.com tests, reviews and videos are also available on boat dealers’ websites
and on boat builder websites. In this way consumers are able to access more detailed
information, as well as more objective information about the boat right on the seller’s
website, saving them the trouble of having to go to BoatTEST.com. This has proved
to be a highly successful way of reaching consumers.
