Rough Seas Require Smart Boat Handling

As you can see in the video it is certainly a rough day, but not a horrendous day. However, the sea state off of Cape Disappointment, near the mouth of the Columbia River is a place that requires extreme caution and expert boat handling. People new to boating should simply avoid areas such as this until they have built up a boat of experience to be able to cope with such situations.
