Beneteau Oceanis 41.1:

New Cruiser-Racer Sailing Yacht

Beneteau Oceanis 41.1
The roomy cockpit of the Beneteau Oceanis 41.1 features twin helms with folding helm seats and a flip-down swim platform in the transom.

Offered in a two or three stateroom configuration with one or two heads, the Beneteau Oceanis 41.1 is an intermediate-sized sailing yacht that provides the flexibility of day sailing or racing, as well as intermediate to long distance cruising. She should be an easy yacht to sail: the jib furling comes all the way back to the helm station, so there's no need to move forward through the cockpit to unfurl or reef. The hard chine allows Beneteau to extend the beam farther outboard, which results in additional room and stability.

World Cat 320CC:

Fully-Loaded Upscale Fishing Cat

World Cat 320CC
The World Cat 320CC is a fully-loaded offshore fishing machine, but she has a level of upholstery and comfort that's far above the norm in pure fishboats.

The twin-hull configuration of the World Cat 320CC means she carries her full 10'6" (3.20 m) beam width nearly all the way to the bow, providing lots of extra fishing and lounging room forward compared to monohulls. The sharp forward entry of the hulls delivers a comfortable ride in choppy seas, and, unlike some cats, the 320CC does not lean outboard in turns. The company reports speeds in excess of 50 mph with twin 300s.

Hatteras GT54:

Long-Range Luxury Fisherman Sleeps 6

BOAT NAME
The Hatteras GT54 cuts a striking picture at speed; powered by twin 1600-hp CAT C32As, she reaches a max of 48.8 mph (42.4 knots).

The Hatteras GT54 is designed for serious long-range tournament fishing, but she provides the comfort and build of a top-shelf luxury yacht. She's got a range of over 400 miles at cruise, and with a solid fiberglass bottom below the waterline, she's built for years of service. Solid, closed cell foam coring in the superstructure plus a resin-infusion build helps cut weight. Polyurethane paint over the gel coat adds a high-gloss look, as well as requiring little maintenance for years. The galley "up" design leaves room below for three staterooms, one with a pair of singles ideal for kids or crew.

Boston Whaler 210 Dauntless:

Quality Build in a Versatile Family Fisherman

Boston Whaler 210 Dauntless
With a draft of 14'' (.36 m), motor up, the Boston Whaler 210 Dauntless is a capable backwater performer. Powered with a 200-hp Mercury Verado, she jumped on plane in 3.3 seconds.

The Boston Whaler 210 Dauntless is a hard-core fisherman, with up to 14 rod holders, a standard aerated livewell, casting platforms forward, and aft. The stern casting deck converts to a padded seat by simply lifting up on the deck to reveal the three-across seating underneath, and cushions for the bow turn it into a full-width sun pad, not just a V-shaped seating area as in many cross-over CCs. There's a head in the console, and a 24"-tall stainless steel bow rail adds a safety factor forward for kids or elderly anglers.

Bavaria Sport 360 HT:

Three-Season Express Cruiser

Bavaria Sport 360 HT
The Bavaria Sport 360 HT offers comfortable three-season cruising, thanks to her enclosed cabin and salon, opening hardtop, and sweeping window design. The American Edition offers extras that fill the needs of most boaters in a turn-key package.

The high freeboard of the Bavaria Sport 360 HT adds internal volume in the cabin, salon, as well as in the lazarette and engine room below the cockpit. It also makes her dryer and more seaworthy. Below decks, she offers sleeping for four in a forward master stateroom and a midships cabin with two single berths that convert to a twin -- both served by a single head. The American Edition comes with electric trim tabs, a Garmin GPSMap 7410 chartplotter, a Volvo Penta joystick docking system, a diesel generator, air conditioning, and much more.

Ocean Craft 9.5 M

The Ocean Craft 9.5 M is a Hypalon RIB that's tough, durable, and light weight, designed for military usage in rugged conditions. She's designated as a Vessel Interdiction and Boarding Team Delivery Craft (VI-BTD), and she looks the part with a flat black finish and available options, including gun mounts. Icom IC-M25:

Compact, Waterproof Handheld VHF

Icom IC-M25
The Icom IC-M25 radio weighs just 7.76 ounces (220 g) and measures 5.28” (134.2mm) tall, 2.23” (56.6mm) wide and 1.2” thick (30.5mm): It could fit in the pocket of a pair of board shorts or a lifejacket.

The Icom IC-M25 offers several features for competitively-priced hand-held VHF, including "Float N Flash" -- if the radio is submerged, this feature lights up and sounds an audible alarm. Additionally, the screen and a red light on the bottom of the unit flash to make it easy to find, especially at night. A USB-type charger allows the radio to be recharged via standard automotive-style 12-volt power plugs and laptop computers. The company says it will charge fully in about three hours from a dead state.

Mercury Remanufacturing:

383 MAG Stroker Sterndrive

Mercury Remanufacturing 383 Sterndrive
The 350-hp Mercury Remanufacturing 383 MAG Stroker comes as a complete system ready to become a drop-in replacement for aging power systems, eliminating repair and reliability issues at a fraction of the cost of a new boat.

The Mercury Remanufacturing 383 MAG Stroker is a complete factory rebuild on a 377 MAG block core that gets bored, stroked, machined, and rebuilt with many new and better parts. The complete engine weighs 932 lbs. (423 kg), including a 65 Amp alternator. The smaller, lighter engine is a performance match for the older 454, according to our test crew, yet still burns about 10% less fuel.

Regal 2100 RX:

Premium Watersports Platform

Regal 2100 RX
The Regal 2100 RX looks fast, and she is, topping out at nearly 51 mph in our test runs powered by a MerCruiser 250-hp 4.5 and jumping on plane in 3.2 seconds.

A test run in the Regal 2100 RX impressed our test captain with the boat's acceleration, top speed, and handling, all thanks at least in part to the boat's FasTrac stepped hull. The PowerTower offers electric actuation on the towing tower for easy passage under bridges or sliding in to covered docks. Trailering brake lights on the transom are another unusual feature included standard here.

Sailfish 290CC:

Hard-Core Bluewater Angler w/ Family Features

Sailfish 290CC
With 48" of freeboard forward and plenty of bow flair, the Sailfish 290CC should deliver a relatively dry ride in most sea conditions, and cockpit depths of 40" forward, 30" at the stern help keep passengers dry and secure.

The Sailfish 290CC is fully-equipped as a bluewater fisherman, with a tackle-center behind the leaning post that can be plumbed for a 35-gallon (132 L) livewell, plus a standard 30-gallon (114 L) well at the transom. Anglers will also like the console-top tackle storage with clear top (a cell-phone/MP3 plug is included) and the twin 260-quart livewells at the bow, with overboard drains. For family boating days, there's a full head inside the console, seat backs, and a cushion to convert the bow casting platform to a lounging area, and an optional cockpit table.

Yamaha AR240 HO:

Sporty w/ New Articulating Keel

Yamaha AR240 HO
The Yamaha AR240 HO took 2.3 seconds to get on plane and reached 30 mph in 4.3 seconds during our test.

The Yamaha AR240 HO is a high-performance jet boat with a focus on family and watersports. With Yamaha’s two-tiered activity platform at the stern, serious watersports can be had and watched in comfort. Another feature and relatively new addition is the “articulating keel,” which improves the slow speed maneuverability when trying to move around objects in the marina or getting into close quarters. With reasonable pricing and huge safety factors, the Yamaha AR240 HO is a high-performance jet boat for the whole family.

TRACKER Pro Guide V-175 WT:

All-Welded Big-Water Fishing Platform

Tracker Pro-Guide V-175 WT
With a high wrap-around windshield and a deep vee bottom, the TRACKER Pro Guide V-175 WT is ready to take on big northern lakes even when the going gets a bit rough.

The TRACKER Pro Guide V-175 WT is an all-welded dual-console fishing boat built from 0.100 marine aluminum alloy and finished with TRACKER-exclusive Diamond Coat. The boat comes equipped with a Minn Kota Powerdrive trolling motor at the bow, a Lowrance Elite 3x sonar at the console, and aerated baitwells/livewells both bow and stern. Three locking rod boxes protect gear. A 20-degree transom (35-degree bow) deadrise eases the ride, while reverse chines and lots of freeboard help to keep the cockpit dry. With the factory-matched swing-tongue trailer, the storage length is just 19'7" (5.97 m), meaning it's a good fit for most garages.
