XD engine oil will now be sold under the XPS brand.

BRP, maker of Evinrude and Johnson outboards, as well as Sea-Doo watercraft and Rotax marine propulsion systems, rebranded its XD engine oil as XPS Marine. The same engine oil, formulated to work with Evinrude and Johnson outboards, among others, will now be sold under the XPS Marine brand and is offered in three products – XD100, XD50 and XD30.

XPS Marine Brand
XD100 is a synthetic oil that lubricates advanced Evinrude outboards.

XPS Marine’s XD100 Synthetic Formula Direct Injection Oil is made for Evinrude E-TEC G2 and Evinrude E-TEC outboards. XD100 reduces combustion deposits and friction, according to the manufacturer, and is designed for Evinrude outboards.

XD50 covers all TC-W3 lubrication needs.

XD50 Synthetic Blend 2-Stroke Outboard Oil works in any Evinrude or Johnson outboard. XD50 is suitable for any direct injection, oil injection or pre-mixed outboard that specifies a TC-W3 oil. BRP says the synthetic blend flows easily, even in cold conditions with temperatures as low as 0°F (-17°C).

XD30 Premium Formula 2-Stroke Outboard Oil is formulated for 2-stroke engines that specify TC-W3, API TC, JASO FB certified oils. This performance enhanced blend exceeds the minimum TC-W3 requirements for lubrication and detergency, according to the manufacturer.
