Since 1946, Bay Outboard Marine has been owned and operated by the Fobear family and is currently under second- and third-generation leadership. Over the decades of expansion, the dealer has focused on fishing and pontoon boats.

Bay Outboard Marine is Mid-Michigan's largest stocking dealer for tri-toons, carrying Manitou SHP V-toons and South Bay pontoon boats. The showroom is loaded with Starcraft and Starweld aluminum fishing boats of all sizes. It also has the area's largest inventory of Evinrude/Johnson, Mercury/MerCruiser, and Yamaha replacement parts including many hard-to-find vintage parts.
