Which Boats Are
Best for Watersports?
To choose the right watersports boat, first consider which tow sport is the family favorite, how serious everyone is likely to become about participating, and what the budget will be. Then select from inboard, sterndrive, jet or outboard power based on whether specialty use or greater versatility is the goal, and look closely at specialty features, such as towing arches, ballast bags, and even a kicking stereo, any number of which can turn a family runabout into an effective wakesports boat.
