Greenline 40:
Electric Power Option for Displacement Speeds
With both electric and diesel power systems, the Greenline 40 Hybrid welcomes extended cruising, even in remote locations where it's a long way between fuel pumps. The system is set up to operate at displacement speeds of 4 to 6 knots on electric power, and on the twin 220-hp Volvo Penta diesels on plane. Solar panels plus chargers connected to the diesels keep the batteries well supplied not only for propulsion, but also to run A/C, lights, and nav systems. Two staterooms and a single head provide accommodations for four belowdecks.
