54-Year-Old Capt. Steve Becomes a Wake Surfer!
Yamaha has just introduced an innovative product that not only attaches in minutes to certain Yamaha boat models – with no tools needed – which creates a wake with a steeper wall and well-defined curl. The all-new Yamaha WakeBooster fits on all 2017 and newer 21’ (6.4 m) Yamaha boats and 2015 and newer 24’ (7.32 m) boats. It comes as a package that also includes a Slingshot wakeboard and towline, and if that doesn’t encourage getting in the water, then try this... They told us that now, anyone can surf the wake it creates. Anyone? Well, we decided to put that bold claim to the test and deployed our in-house, overweight, middle-aged test captain at the end of the towline. We figured that if he could do it... Then, yes, certainly ANYONE could! Take a look at the full review and see for yourself.

Ocean Alexander 90 Motoryacht:
Designed for Smooth Operation
The lower helm of the Ocean Alexander 90 Motoryacht comes standard with a deluxe Stidd helm chair and a watertight, pantograph side door. The raised horizontal pod for the navigation screens is unusual, both attractive and functional, and operators can position it up and down as they desire. Narrow mullions and lots of glass give the captain a clear view all around. We like the handy side door, which makes short-handed deliveries much easier.

Robalo R207:
Entry-Level Dual Console
The console of the Robalo R207 is available in darker shades to reduce glare – and it goes all the way to the windshield, unlike most boats in class. She’s a dual console bowrider with seating for 8, but she’s also well equipped for fishing, with an aerated baitwell, rod racks and rod holders, insulated fish boxes, self-bailing cockpit, and more. She has an 18-degree deadrise at the transom.
