The Hatteras M90 Panacera has an eat-in galley -- or country kitchen. Unlike many Euro galleys that shut the chef away from the party in what amounts to a windowless garret, the M90 keeps the fun of cooking, eating, and drinking with friends front and center with windows on three sides, plus the remarkable skylight, which includes “Smart Glass” that can be adjusted for transparency, to keep things as bright or as shady as preferred. Captain Steve never ceases to amaze us with his many talents, including, it turns out, the ability to do a bit of wake-surfing when the opportunity presents itself—as it does in this video of Yamaha’s inventive “WakeBooster” kit. The system employs an easy-on device fitted to the underside of the swim platform to funnel water into the wake of Yamaha’s twin-jet 242X E-Series, creating a large curl for surfing on either side, as preferred. So, now propless jetboats can have surfable wake.
