MasterCraft X26

The new MasterCraft X26 is at the very pinnacle of vessels in the wakeboat class. She is “Yacht Certified,” which is an ABYC appellation that means she is not limited in the number of passengers that can be carried, within reason. She is designed to appeal to wake enthusiasts who want the very best in luxury amenities, technology, and high-wake-making ability. Her port-side passageway leads to a more spacious bow than the previous X26 had – and permits an electric head with adult sitting headroom. Standard equipment on the new version includes a Dometic refrigerator drawer and there are myriad seating configurations for the cockpit. More...

Hatteras GT59:

Beamy, Beefy Battlewagon

Hatteras GT59

One of the most noteworthy specifications of the Hatteras GT59 is her 18’9” (5.72 m) beam. That’s about a foot wider than the competition. It gives the GT59 a larger feel in the cockpit and salon, adds to stability and gives her a better ride. Belowdecks, that extra width allows for three staterooms with ensuite heads that all have separate shower stalls. Finally, when combined with the propeller tunnels, the wider beam helps reduce the boat’s draft to 4’9” (1.44 m). This comes in handy when heading to the Bahamas or determining if the convertible can be tied up in front of a waterfront home. More...

Cruisers Yachts 42 Cantius:

Shelter in a Luxurious Cruiser

Cruisers Yachts 42 Cantius

We think that 42’ (12.80 m) is large enough for a small family to comfortably shelter for a couple of weeks on the water while cruising. By re-arranging space from a conventional layout, Cruisers Yachts has managed to divide the galley into two parts to create more lounging area in the Cantius 42. Belowdecks, the 42 has a full-beam aft cabin and VIP quarters forward. Each could be considered the master stateroom, so they are not claustrophobic. With the cockpit, helm, salon and forward deck, there are places to relax and watch the scenery go by. More...

Bass Pro Shops is doing its part in the battle against COVID-19.

Boating and fishing accessories retailer Bass Pro Shops has teamed with national charity Convoy of Hope to donate 1 million face masks to healthcare facilities and first responders across the United States. It is not unusual for Johnny Morris to help people in need in times of trouble, and he is certainly a role model for people both in and out of the boating industry. A high-five for Johnny! More...

Grady-White Canyon 306 for Lease Anywhere

grady-white-btl.png

The 30’6” (9.30 m) Grady-White Canyon 306 center console has a beam of 10’7” (3.23 m).

BoattestLEASING is looking for an owner of a new Grady-White Canyon 306 who would like to lease this boat to like-minded boaters for part of the year. Since the average boat in the U.S. is used just 35 days (more in Florida, of course) most owners have boats that sit at the dock unused for most of the year. Why not turn that asset into found income?

BoattestLEASING handles all aspects of leasing management, including sales, maintenance, lessee education, reservations, billing and remittance. Share the cost of ownership and maintenance and get a tax deduction, too. This year more, than any other, boat usage will be in high demand. More...
