Brief Summary
The Pro-Line 2610 is an affordable walkaround that is loaded with fishing features and other standard equipment, usually found only on larger boats. She is an exceptionally dry boat with a soft ride, and she’s able to maintain 15-20 knots even in rough waters. We conducted a long-term test on this boat during the summer of ‘99.
**NOTE. The 2610WA has be redesigned and is now the 26 WALK.**

Captain's Report
In designing the Pro-Line 2610 the company gave the boat as many fishing features possible, and still made it an affordable walkaround package.
The cockpit boasts 65-square feet of fighting space and we put it to the test offshore. The inwales have thick bolsters on all three sides, and the non-skid deck was aggressive enough to prevent slipping yet easy-to-clean.
Heading forward, the sidedecks are just wide enough for easy walking and cleaning with a scrub brush, and the high gunwales and stainless steel railing keep you secure and in the boat at all times.
The 2610 loves to take the seas head on, and at 27-feet overall she is an exceptionally dry boat with a soft ride. We’ve even had her out in 6-7 footers, and she was able to maintain 15-20 knots even in the rough stuff.
But two-foot chop is where she really shines. With our twin 225 Optimax outboards and a hardtop, we recorded a top-end speed of just under 50 mph. At best cruise of 27 mph, the outboards burned just 15.6 gallons per hour for a hefty 314 -mile cruising range at 3500 rpm.
The Pro-Line 2610 proved to be an excellent boat. With its long list of features, high performance and great value you will want to drive the 2610 for hours and hours.
