THREE VENERABLE BRANDS FOR SALE The Beneteau Group announced yesterday that it was discontinuing the Four Winns, Glastron, and Scarab Jet brands as of the third quarter of this year. All of these boats were built in its Cadillac, Michigan, plant which will be closed, according to the company. The brands (and we assume their tooling) are for sale. Beneteau said that they planned to keep building and selling the Wellcraft brand, which is also built in Cadillac.
When your proposed passing signal isn't matched by the other vessel's reply, the signals disagree and you're required to sound the danger signal (five short and rapid blasts) rather than proceed with the pass.
