Brief Summary

There are two major things that discourage people from getting into boating: 1)The cost; and, 2) lack of experience driving a boat. With its 160 BR Bayliner tries to considerably lower both of those hurtles. First, its MSRP starts as low as $12,399. Second, with its standard 60-hp outboard which is not over-powered, and its stable hull, thee are -- frankly -- few ways to get into trouble with this boat. It is as easy as driving a car, and that was the general idea of the designers.
