Wellcraft unveils the Wellcraft 38 T-Top center console

Wellcraft launched its all-new, innovative center console at the Cannes boat show early this month. At 38’10” (11.85m), the Wellcraft 38 T-Top offers easy access to the water and is packed with entertainment features.

The boat will make its U.S. debut at the Miami Boat Show in early 2025.

Built for Entertainment

The Wellcraft 38 T-Top sets itself apart from more fishing-oriented center consoles with its entertaining features. The swim platform offers water-access, while the boat has robust seating capacity.

The aft cockpit lounge is large. Two high-end fully equipped galley modules are available that incorporate a grill and fridges. In addition, versatile removable table configurations provide al fresco dining and cocktail party functionality. 

Equipped with a top-mounted tow point and ample storage spaces, the Wellcraft 38 T-Top is a center console for watersport enthusiasts. Its dedicated fishing storage, rod holders, and livewell are welcome amenities for anglers.

The wrap-around foredeck and comfortable C-shape seating provide a spacious dining area that enhances onboard social gatherings. It comes standard with a table that can be lowered at the touch of a button to complete a sun pad or seamlessly integrate into the deck. This double-wide sun lounger provides additional comfort with integrated cup holders, armrests and handholds.

This model also comes with a fully equipped cabin including a double berth, a large and separate head compartment and shower.

Ambient lighting combined with the high-performance JL Audio sound system enhance the adventure, making it more fun for socializing with family and friends.

Built for Dynamic Driving

The Wellcraft 38 T-Top offers a safe, powerful and dynamic driving experience, according to the builder.  Equipped with the latest generation of twin and triple outboard engines, it can easily reach speeds of up to 57 mph (50 knots), the builder says.

A strong focus on optimizing the three-seated helm console provides the driver an ergonomic, intuitive and immersive experience. The steering, throttles and tactile buttons are well-positioned for high-speed operation, while the twin 16” MFD screens offer navigational guidance.

Built for Confidence

The hull was designed by Michael Peters who is the most popular designer in class and has an excellent track record of designing efficient, fast hull shapes. The standard joystick enhances maneuverability, offering easy handling in all conditions. An optional feature is gyro stabilization driven by lithium batteries, eliminating the need for a generator.

In addition, the bold design of the vessel includes a ventilation system at the helm that operates at the touch of a button, all while maintaining a clear field of vision for the driver.
